Flanker unflyable

I have a problem flying the flanker.
During the flight, at FL 100 and also in vmc condition, the aircraft become uncontrollable
and rolling left and right with severe bank angle and pitch down.
With all the other aircraft i have no problem, in cloud and in bad weather they are absolutely flyable .
