ALS-SIM  End User Licence Agreement

BY INSTALLING OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS EULA, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE.

DEFINITION.

The Software = All files contained in this install including sound, textures, effects, effect textures, gauges, models and images.

INSTALLATION AND USE RIGHTS.

1, ALS-SIM and its associates cannot be held responsible for any damage to the computer, data or programs during the installation and use of this Software.

2, The Software is licensed per user only.

3, Support for the Software is only granted to the original registered user.

4, Backups are permitted but must not be stored on any location available to persons other than the original user.

5, Any ALS-SIM product is sold per user only and is not transferable.

YOU MAY NOT

1, Decompile, disassembles or otherwise reverse engineers the Software.

2, Remove any copyright notice, licensing information or file contained in the Software

3, Sell, rent, lease, distribute, sublicense, assign, or otherwise transfer the Software, or any full or partial copies thereof once installed

4, Copy or uploaded the Software to any location by physical or electronic means.

5, Re-sell the Software at any time unless express permission is granted or you are authorised to do so by ALS-SIM

6, Remove copy or edit any part of the Software for use in other files or software other than ALS-SIM related products.

YOU MAY

1, Alter any file contained in the Software to suit your own personal preferences.

2. You may upload any original work done by yourself but may not include any original file contained in the Software unless permission is granted this includes textures contained in the original release. Only textures that have been drawn by you may be uploaded.

3. Repaints or modifications may be uploaded but only for the ALS-SIM product and may not be used for any other product.

4.A repaint does not constitute changing a decal or badge on original textures therefore the original artist must be credited and the edit mentioned.

LIMITATIONS ON EDITED OR ORIGINAL WORK

1. NO FUNDS MAY BE CHARGED FOR RE-PAINTS OR EDITED FILES AND

MUST BE AVAILABLE TO CUSTOMERS FREELY WITHOUT OBLIGATION TO JOIN OR BECOME A MEMBER OF THE ASSOCIATED SITE WHERE THEY ARE HOSTED IF A MEMBERSHIP CHARGE IS REQUIRED.

It is regarded as polite to inform the original artists of any repaint uploaded and to what location.
